1. This rule was made in former Eastern Germany.
2. It has its log-log scales on the slide rather than the stock. The D scale is reproduced on the back of the rule to allow for this. It is not the only rule like that but it is comparatively rare.
3. Compared to most rules I have seen the colour arrangement seems a bit garish - but that is just a matter of taste.
