1. This is one of the most popular K&E rules on Ebay.
2. My quess, from the range of scales and its popularity, is that this was a "work-horse" rule
3. The rule has C, D, CF, DF, CI, DI and CIF scales - a conbination which in the hands of a skilful user can reduce the number of slide movements and consequently increase the speed of use.
