1. This is the 5" version
of the 2/83N which is considered by many as the apotheosis of the slide rule makers
craft. It is a duplex rule with 30 scales which are:
Front face: T1,T2,K,A,DF[CF,B,CIF,CI,C]D,DI,S,ST,P
Rear face: LL03,LL02,LL01,LL00,W2[W2',CI,L,C,W1']W1,D&LL0,LL1,LL2,LL3
The rule is made of plastic.
The rules are completely unused and in mint condition. They have sat on the shelf of a dealer for around 25 years. The cardboard boxes are slightly dusty. The documentation is in Spanish or German but I can provide a copy of the English documentation from the 2/83N.
The rules come in a black leather-effect sheath.
