1. The rule itself has the maker's name but no indication of model number.
2. The instructions are marked "Alpha" and 4028.
3. This model has a close affinity with the Concise 28N. The main differences are the use of colour of 28N and the arrangement of information on the back. On this rule the are arranged radially and on the 28N circumferencially. The diameter is also 80 mm as opposed to 84 mm on 28N.
4. Like most Concise rules I have seen, this one was a promotional gift.
